Shipment of your order

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days upon receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without need for a signature. Packages can also be shipped to a relay point and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include the costs of preparation and packing as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles together in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items will be properly protected.
