Way to pay and security of transactions
1.Payment by cerdit card :

Your payment has been accepted, the status of your order is: "being prepared"
Your order will then be processed in 2 to 3 working days and will be shipped as soon as possible. See Delivery and delivery costs.
Your account will be debited on the day of shipment of the parcel, and the amount taken will be according to the availability and number of articles. If an item is not in stock, the money for that item will not be debited.
The status of your order is shown as "Cancelled" if payment is refused due to a failed Secure 3D authentication that the buyer fails to authenticate.
If your request for payment has been refused by your bank/credit card Company, the status of your order is shown as "Cancelled"
For payment refused or authorisation refused following error in the visual cryptogram entered, the status of your order is shown as "Cancelled"
If you cannot pay by credit card or bank transfer, please contact our customer service department from the "Contact us" section.

2.Accepted Payment Methods ?

Only E-TRANSACTION 3D-SECURE via  CREDIT AGRICOLE, or by a BANK TRANSFER. When you finalise your purchase, you are redirected to the secure area of the bank payment site. Crédit Agricole is responsible for this part of the transaction.  The procedure to strengthen security of the transaction is 3D-SECURE and is used by most well known E-commerce businesses. 3.Can I pay by cheque or PayPal ?

Babacheap.com does not accept payment by cheque of Paypal.
However, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

1.Why can no longer find the article I liked ?

If a product is out of stock, the product will no longer appear on the site. Customers can only add available products to their basket, whatever the colour or size.

Our products are visible on the site while stocks last and within certain timeframes.

2.Can customers from all over the world buy our products?

No, delivery is only possible to the following countries: France Metropolitan (free for orders over 50 € TTC) for any order received via the Internet from: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Netherlands (delivery is offered for orders over 150 € TTC).

3.Can I buy out of stock items?

No. If a product is out of stock, the product will no longer appear on the site.

My Order
1.My order status is shown as “pending”

For the Credit card control process, orders "pending" are processed in one day. If you have chosen to pay your purchase via a "Bank Transfer", you will receive the exact amount of your invoice as well as the bank details to use.

Once the transfer has been made, your order will show as “pending shipment”
When shipped the order status will show “shipped”
You will receive an email at each stage of the process

2.My order shows « cancelled » 

There are different reasons for this 

  • You cancelled your order before making payment
  • Your payment was refused

You can, however renew your order.

3.My order shows « blocked » status

Your order has been blocked by our customer service. There are various reasons for this such as a payment problem, the items are not available etc ...

We will send you an e-mail to inform you of the problem that occurred during your order.
You can also contact our customer service who will be happy to answer your questions.
The order was blocked by our team for various reasons (article out of stock for example). You will receive an e-mail informing you of the problem when you made the order. If you require further information, please contact our customer services.

Deivery and costs
1.What are the delivery times ?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 days with Colissimo

Attention, at certain periods - Sales, Private Sales, ... our processing times may be longer due to the large number of orders to be processed.

2.How can I benefit from free delivery?

When you spend 50€ or more, the shipping costs are offered in mainland France, from 150€ for other countries.

This offer will be automatically added to your basket

3.Can I track my shipment

In the confirmation email for your order, you will find a link to track your package.

If you have chosen to receive your Colissimo package, you will be notified by email or sms upon arrival (you will then have 10 days to collect it).

Exchanges and refunds
1.Can I exchange an article?

A size or colour exchange is possible on the same item reference in Metropolitan France

It is not possible to exchange an item for a different article, you must ask us for a refund on the item you wish to exchange, and order a new item.

You have a delay of 14 days after receiving your parcel to return it.

2.Do I pay the postage to return an item?

The postage costs to return an item are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part (manufacturing defect, error in the preparation of your order, problem of labelling, etc ...).

All returns are via the post office.

Attention : do not forget to fill out the returns’ label before posting

3.I don't like what I have purchased or it does not suit me, can I get a refund?

You can return the article directly to us via the post office
