Delivery

Shipment of your package

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days upon receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without the need for a signature. Packages can also be shipped to a relay point and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include the costs of preparation and packing as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles together in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately; shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid by us to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items will be properly protected.

Returns

Information for returning an item

In accordance with articles L.121-21 and the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right cancel your order, without justification or penalties except for return postage costs. According to article L121-21-4, when the right of withdrawal is exercised, you will be reimbursed for all the monies paid, including the delivery costs invoiced by our company for the sending of the goods, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we were informed (postmark showing the date of dispatch of the parcel return + 2 days). 
Note: If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item proves to be defective, we will refund the shipping costs (upon receipt of the item by our service).
CAUTION: We only reimburse shipping costs, not pre-paid packages. To avoid additional costs, please return the product in its original packaging. Please accompany the item returned with your receipt from the Post Office.
You have a period of 14 days to return your parcel by Post to the following address: SOLENZO SARL, 150 route de la Saubole, 47200 - FOURQUES SUR GARONNE - France. Unpaid Shipments will be refused.
In case of an abnormal amount or fraudulent returns, Solenzo SARL reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
